Shaving Cream for all

I think this babe has been through enough shaving cream in his lifetime to supply the army but at least he smells of menthol and his hands are clean for a minute. We started potty training today and so far we have been through eight pair of undies and we have had not one single success. Make it nine. Just while writing this blog, Trav came in to tell me he stinks, and sure enough he does and I can see a few remains in his underpants, but who knows where the rest got too, ah well, it will blend right in with all the dog poop. I think in any other area of my life I would have given up after failing nine times without anything positive but I am determined to do this. Check with me next week, I might not be so determined. I love the way he looks in these cute little underpants, you've never seen a cuter booty!
Okay, so we have a mattress in our room that we put up against the wall in the day and it comes out at night, it's called the sick bed. It has a bright red sheet on it and the kids always know that when they are sick or scared or have a bad dream they can come sleep on the sick bed. Well, we now have a permanent sick bed sleeper who comes in every morning about four after yelling "Get me ouda here, right now." This has caused us to move another sick bed into our room because Ty has established his bed and doesn't care who has a bad dream. Our bedroom will soon look like what it did two winters ago when we all had influenza and three mattresses were on the floor and instead of making their beds they just made their mattresses each morning. I wish I was better at letting them sleep in our bed but then nobody gets any sleep. The best thing about the sick bed is that they get to watch the portable DVD to take their mind of whatever is bothering them, they always pick John Wayne, WHY??
